By using the Service, you represent that:- You are at least 18 years old- The information you provide is accurate- You will use the Service in compliance with these Terms and applicable lawIf you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.2. ACCOUNTS, ACCESS, AND VERIFICATIONYou are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.OnlyDeaf may require account verification, including intro-video verification or other safety checks, before granting access to some or all features. We may suspend, limit, or remove access if:- Verification is incomplete or rejected- We detect fraud, impersonation, or abusive behavior- You violate these Terms, our Community Guidelines, or applicable lawYou are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.3. COMMUNITY FEATURESOnlyDeaf provides community and social features that may include:- Profiles- Feed posts- Threads- Reels- Search- Messaging- Events- Marketplace featuresFeatures may change over time. We may add, remove, limit, or modify features without prior notice.4. USER CONTENTYou retain ownership of the content you create and submit to OnlyDeaf, including posts, captions, profile details, reels, messages you send, event content, and marketplace listings (“User Content”).By posting or submitting User Content, you grant OnlyDeaf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and process that content solely for the purpose of operating, improving, moderating, promoting, and securing the Service.You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that:- You own it or have the rights necessary to share it- It does not violate law or third-party rights- It does not contain deceptive, abusive, or prohibited material5. PROHIBITED CONDUCTYou may not use OnlyDeaf to:- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity- Harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse others- Post unlawful, defamatory, hateful, sexually exploitative, or violent content- Upload malware, spam, or harmful code- Scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law- Circumvent moderation, access controls, or account restrictions- Interfere with the operation, security, or reliability of the Service- Buy, sell, or transfer accounts without permissionWe may investigate and take action against violations, including content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or account termination.

EVENTS AND MARKETPLACEIf you use events or marketplace features:- You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing, event, or related communication you post- You are responsible for your own decisions and interactions with other users- OnlyDeaf is not a party to transactions, exchanges, or off-platform arrangements between users- We may remove listings, events, or related content that violate our rules or create safety concernsWe do not guarantee the quality, legality, safety, availability, or delivery of user-created listings, events, or offers.7. PRIVACY AND SAFETYYour use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.OnlyDeaf may use automated systems and human review to detect abuse, review reports, process intro verification, moderate content, and protect the community. You agree that we may investigate safety issues and enforce platform rules as needed.8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICESThe Service may rely on or integrate with third-party providers, such as authentication, hosting, media, analytics, or GIF/search services. We are not responsible for third-party services or content except as required by law.9. TERMINATIONYou may stop using OnlyDeaf at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we reasonably believe:- You violated these Terms or our policies- Your account creates legal, security, or safety risk- We are required to do so by law- Continued operation of the Service makes the account unavailableSections that should reasonably survive termination will remain in effect, including provisions related to content rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related obligations.10. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITYOnlyDeaf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service will always be secure or available.To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnlyDeaf and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the Service.11. CHANGES TO THE SERVICE OR TERMSWe may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and provide notice through the app, website, or other appropriate means.
